重力式精選（xuǎn）機 Gravity separator

重力式精選機是用在風篩式（shì）精選機力所不能及的領域（yù），這不是說重力式精選機可以替代風篩式精選機，重力式（shì）精選機是以顆粒間重力差異（千粒重）為基礎、是一種更加（jiā）精確（què）分離雜質的另外一道（dào）工序。

經過風（fēng）篩式精選機把大雜、小雜、灰塵等（děng）雜質（zhì）剔除（chú），顆粒大小相同而重力（千粒重）發生差異，就由（yóu）重力式精選機通過重力差異的特性來精選，把同等大小的石塊、土塊、破碎粒、蟲蛀粒、病（bìng）變粒、發黴變質的、秕粒、未成熟等物料（liào）分離（lí）出（chū）來。例如從可可坯芽中分離（lí）破損的可可豆；從杏仁中去殼；從生咖啡豆中（zhōng）去除帶殼和開裂的咖啡豆；將茶葉分（fèn）級；從黑麥中去除患有麥角症的籽粒；榛子、花生等幹果中去除（chú）它們的殼、枝和其他雜物。

技術升級：下風機由多台獨立運轉的風機組成（chéng），而不是由一根主軸串連多台風機，因此維修保（bǎo）養更簡單、更便（biàn）捷。

選種台（tái）麵（miàn）蜂窩狀勻風裝置，出風均勻、一致，無局部噴泉狀，精選效果好，質量高。（當種子均（jun1）勻鋪滿在選（xuǎn）種台麵達3-5公分厚度時，被空（kōng）氣室正壓氣流整體吹起進行分層，輕的浮在上，重的沉在下。所以輕的種子浮在上麵因接觸不到振動台麵而失去向上的爬升力，隻會往最低的排雜口流出；相（xiàng）反，較重的種（zhǒng）子沉在下（xià）麵，能接觸到（dào）振動台麵而（ér）產（chǎn）生向上的爬升力。）

3. The manual operation steps are replaced by servo motor to execute. The operator does not need to run before and after, but only needs to input relevant parameters on the touch screen to command the servo motor, which makes the complex things simple.

4. HD cameras are installed at the discharge outlet and finished product outlet to facilitate the management personnel to check the relevant conditions after adjusting the equipment on the display.
