風篩式精選機 Air screen cleaner
利用空氣室風道(dào)係統的負壓吸(xī)力和(hé)網孔篩選的原理,去除糧食或種子中的枝、梗、輕雜、莖葉、癟穀、瘦小籽粒、破碎粒、土塊、石頭等雜質,主要用於小麥、水稻、玉米、可可、豆類的精選加工。
篩箱(xiāng)及(jí)空氣室為櫸木膠合板結構,空氣室分別由前後二套吸風道及前後(hòu)二套沉降室(shì)組成,篩箱由(yóu)二(èr)至六層(céng)篩網組成,篩網清理采用(yòng)橡膠球(qiú)撞擊式,自清篩能力強;通過選配不同規格的篩孔,可進行各種糧食及種子的精(jīng)選加工。
智能自動化功能:
1、所有動力全部采用伺服電機、變頻電機,大量運用伺服、變頻(pín)、PLC、上位機等智(zhì)能自動化技術(shù),再配上各種傳感器(qì)把檢測數據上傳給觸摸屏,使設備的(de)轉速、扭矩、溫度、振動頻(pín)率、空氣流量、空氣壓力、風門(mén)角度等參數直觀的顯示在觸摸屏,運行情況(kuàng)一目了然(rán)。
