利用空氣室風道（dào）係統的負壓吸（xī）力和（hé）網孔篩選的原理，去除糧食或種子中的枝、梗、輕雜、莖葉、癟穀、瘦小籽粒、破碎粒、土塊、石頭等雜質，主要用於小麥、水稻、玉米、可可、豆類的精選加工。

篩箱（xiāng）及（jí）空氣室為櫸木膠合板結構，空氣室分別由前後二套吸風道及前後（hòu）二套沉降室（shì）組成，篩箱由（yóu）二（èr）至六層（céng）篩網組成，篩網清理采用（yòng）橡膠球（qiú）撞擊式，自清篩能力強；通過選配不同規格的篩孔，可進行各種糧食及種子的精（jīng）選加工。

智能自動化功能：

1、所有動力全部采用伺服電機、變頻電機，大量運用伺服、變頻（pín）、PLC、上位機等智（zhì）能自動化技術（shù），再配上各種傳感器（qì）把檢測數據上傳給觸摸屏，使設備的（de）轉速、扭矩、溫度、振動頻（pín）率、空氣流量、空氣壓力、風門（mén）角度等參數直觀的顯示在觸摸屏，運行情況（kuàng）一目了然（rán）。
