Akyurek Technology G.MAC-010 Gravity Separator - machines for the perfect separation of products with a different weight, grading by specific weight of product with very slight differenced in size and/for weight, which cannot be separated by screening (width) or by indented cylinders (length).

Akyurek Technology G.MAC-010重（chóng）力分離器-用於完美分離不同重量（liàng）的產品的機器，按產品的重量進行分級，產品的尺寸和/或重量差別很小，不能通過篩分（寬度）或凹痕圓（yuán）柱體（tǐ）（長度）來分（fèn）離。

WORK PRINCIPLE 工作原理

The separator works on a fluidised bed principle; air is forced through the deck causing the light fraction to float above the heavy fraction. The deck is reciprocated causing the heavy fraction to move uphill, while the light fraction floats downhill. Variations in deck speed, air volume, deck material, deck angle (lengthwise and sidewise), and take-off points allow effective separation to be achieved on almost ant dry product. The Re-Sort Conveyor Belt which is located below the Gravity Separator’s Platform conveys the middling seeds to the feeder elevator so the seeds that are not certain of their quality is re-separated thus allows the operator to control the out put quality in finer results.

分（fèn）離器的工作原理是（shì）流化床；空氣被強製通過甲板，使輕（qīng）組分漂浮在重組分（fèn）之上。甲板是相互作用的，使重的部分（fèn）上山，而輕的部分下山。甲板（bǎn）速度、空氣量、甲（jiǎ）板材料（liào）、甲板角度（縱向和橫向）和起飛點的變化允許在幾乎幹（gàn）燥的產品（pǐn）上實現有效分離。位（wèi）於（yú）重力分離器平台下方的再（zài）分選輸送帶將中粒種子輸（shū）送至給料器提升機，從而將不確定其質量的（de）種子重新分離，從而使操作人員能夠（gòu）更好地控製出料質量。
