脈衝袋式除塵器Pulse bag filter

處理風量大、占地麵積（jī）小、淨化效率高（gāo）、工作可靠、結構簡單、維修量小等特點，除（chú）塵效率達到99.5%以上。

設備正常工作時，含塵氣（qì）體由進風口進入灰鬥後，由於斷麵積突然擴大（dà），流速降低，氣流中一部分顆粒粗、密度大的塵粒在重力作用下，在灰鬥內沉降下來落（luò）入灰鬥，其餘大部分塵粒隨氣流上升進入布袋室，經布袋過（guò）濾後，塵粒（lì）被（bèi）滯留在濾袋的外側，過濾淨化後的氣體由濾袋內部進入上箱體，再由閥板孔、排風口排入大氣，從而達到除塵的目（mù）的。

隨著（zhe）過濾的不斷進行，除塵器阻力也隨之上升，當阻力（lì）達到（dào）一定值（zhí）時，清（qīng）灰控製器向脈（mò）衝電磁（cí）閥發出清灰信號，脈衝閥把清（qīng）灰的高壓逆向氣流送入袋內，濾（lǜ）袋迅速鼓脹，並產生強烈抖動，導（dǎo）致濾袋外側的粉塵抖落進入鬥法，達到清灰（huī）的目的。

With the continuous filtration, the resistance of the dust remover also rises. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the dust removal controller sends a dust removal signal to the pulse solenoid valve, which sends the high-pressure reverse air flow of the dust removal into the bag. The bag expands rapidly and produces strong shaking, which causes the dust outside the bag to shake off and enter the bucket method, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
