LZS係列（liè）半自（zì）動定量包裝機 LZS series semi-automatic quantitative packaging machine

氣動式包裝機，采用觸摸屏操作，中（zhōng）英文顯示，稱重過程是（shì）自動的，隻有縫袋時需要人工輔助一下即（jí）可，配有帶（dài）式輸送機、雙線縫袋（dài）機、薄膜封口機、空氣壓縮（suō）機。

與物料接觸部件采用SUS304不鏽鋼材（cái）質，測重傳感器采（cǎi）用（yòng）瑞士METTLER TOLEDO(梅特勒（lè）-托利多)品牌，氣動元（yuán）件采用日本SMC品牌，配置高，質量穩，稱重（chóng）準。

-具有超（chāo）差報警、出錯提示、日誌存（cún）儲、U盤（pán）下載等功能。

-適合各種具備自流狀態的顆粒物料、100目以內的（de）細沙類型物料。

-粉狀（zhuàng）物（wù）料采用伺服電機控製螺旋送（sòng）料方式進行（háng）稱重。

-包裝機料倉配有上下（xià）料位感應裝（zhuāng）置，與其他設備形成互鎖。

-可與二維（wéi）掃碼係統、防偽係統、追溯係統配套對接。

-預（yù）留除（chú）塵管（guǎn）道（dào）接口。

2. 包（bāo）裝機的工作原（yuán）理：在稱重控製器上設定所（suǒ）需重量，電腦會發出指令（lìng）自動稱重，人工把袋子（zǐ）裝好，氣缸接著會把袋子夾住（zhù），稱好的物料投入袋中，氣缸鬆開袋子，此時，皮帶輸送機會把袋子送入縫包機（jī），封口後噴碼打印生產日期等信息。

技術參數

1. It consists of weighing controller, pneumatic element, weighing sensor, belt conveyor, sewing bag machine, film heat sealing machine and air compressor.

2. Working principle of the packing machine: set the required weight on the weighing controller, the computer will automatically send out the weighing instruction, manually load the bag, and then the cylinder will clamp the bag, put the weighed material into the bag, and the cylinder will release the bag. At this time, the belt machine will send the bag to the sewing machine, and print the production date and other information after sealing.
